The L&M Story   

L&M secure Storage was cultivated by father and son Lester and Matt Struble. Located in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, the dream behind L&M was formulated by the father and son duo as a way to break into a new flourishing industry. Since Lester Struble started his own construction company in 1997, he has constantly be looking at new ways to become more profitable. Since Lester has had a lot of success starting his own business, he felt the storage industry would be the perfect gateway to starting a new venture. Also, L&M can turn into something that can be passed down to his son, Matt, once Lester has hung up his work boots for life. Lester’s son Matt has spent his entire working life learning and absorbing the experiences that his father picked up along the way. The two have a combined passion for perfection, hard work, and customer happiness.

We want to pride ourselves on developing deeply rooted relationships with the local community in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. A huge part of our mission is to help the lives and well being of all the community members around us. Since L&M is a local business, we strive to help out the other local businesses in our community as well.
